Eating local is about more than just food. It’s about the relationship with the farmer, the connection to place and heritage, and the sense of community that comes from knowing firsthand where and how your food was produced.
ASAP’s Local Food Experience on August 24, 6–9 pm at New Belgium Brewing Co. will offer you that chance to taste and experience the extraordinary flavors of food grown, raised, and produced in our WNC mountains. Enjoy an evening of seasonal dishes prepared and served by over a dozen local chefs, artisan producers, and family farms and be delighted by the extraordinary tastes of summer in the mountains.
The Local Food Experience is an opportunity to meet the faces of the local food system and connect to where your food comes from.
