ASAP’s 2017 CSA Fair features an array of farms from throughout Western North Carolina. The farmers behind these CSAs offer options ranging from traditional veggie shares to meat add-ons to new options such as flower and salad packages. You’re sure to find a CSA that fits your needs! All participating farms have pickup locations in Asheville or Buncombe County.

A Way of Life Farm features a 32-week CSA divided into three seasons to accommodate the needs of different individuals throughout the year.
Aardvark Farm offers a 22-week traditional box CSA as well as a market style CSA featuring a variety of chemical-free produce grown in Yancey County.
Blue Meadow Farms sends along a weekly e-newsletter with its CSA shares. Both main-season and extended fall shares are available.
Full Sun Farm offers a variety of produce share options, as well as flower shares and an extended 28-week season share.
Flying Cloud Farm offers flower bouquets as a weekly option for all of its shares. The farm also offers market shares for additional flexibility.
Hickory Nut Gap Farm provides shareholders with a monthly assortment of 100% grassfed beef, pastured pork, and pastured chicken. A soup and bread add-on is also available.
Highgate Farm offers an autumn harvest CSA in addition to a traditional main-season share. Each share contains six to ten varieties of veggies, herbs, and fruit.
Ivy Creek Family Farm features a special Thanksgiving CSA box to provide customers with fresh vegetables for their holiday meal. Traditional, extended-season, and market shares are also available.
Lady Luck Flower Farm arranges weekly bouquets in a romantic, wild aesthetic from its production of organic flowers. Blooms over the season include sunflowers, amaranth, hydrangeas, dahlias, heirloom mums, and many more.
Long Valley Eco-Biotic Farm gives all shareholders the option to claim either a prepacked box or pick out options from their market displays.
Olivette Farm offers full- and half-season salad CSA options. Each CSA bag provides roughly a week’s worth of greens and other salad produce.
Patchwork Urban Farms combines produce from multiple gardens around Asheville to yield a variety of flexible CSA options. Shareholders are encouraged to get involved through farm tours, workshops, and volunteering.
Root Bottom Farm includes its popular value-added products, including jams, garlic butter, pesto, and pickles, alongside traditional vegetables and berries in its shares.
Rooted Earth Farm and Garden features an exchange box at their pickup site for shareholders to swap out produce according to their preferences. Each box offers a wide variety of produce, with seven to ten vegetables per week.
Wendy Town Farms gives its shareholders flexibility through individual monthly box options, as well as fresh-cut flower offerings.
