DESCRIPTION:Join us August 30 from 6-7:30 PM EDT for the fourth installment of our Market Readiness Series focusing on how farmers can become certified SNAP/EBT retailers and sell directly to SNAP shoppers in their community. \nWe will be joined by RAFI-USA’s own Angel Woodrum and Lisa Misch who will share the ins and outs of how to apply for SNAP retailer certification and begin accepting payments. We will also be joined by farmers who have experience accepting SNAP/EBT payments and adapting their local food markets to better reach low-income shoppers.
