Who knew we could have so much fun in the kitchen?! \nThe ACNC Wellness & Opportunity Center provides programs and educational opportunities for our members and the community. \nThis free LUNCHTIME food demonstration is open to ALL but tailored towards those with type 2 diabetes or hypertension and/or their caretakers. Our featured host is Change Your Palate’s very own Shaniqua Simuel. Shaniqua is a public health professional with a passion for healthy cooking. Make sure to bring your appetite and come spend your lunchbreak with us! \nKids 7+ are welcome to join. Younger kids can play in our kids room equipped with toys\, a chalk wall\, coloring books\, books and Disney plus. \nOur ACNC members can receive free transportation to and from any wellness center event by calling ModivCare for a reservation: 1-833-498-2262 \nLet’s do better together!
