Whether you’re a seasoned yogi or returning to your mat after time away\, this class is designed to feel nourishing\, welcoming\, and restorative. \nLet the rhythms of spring—and the lush setting of the garden—invite you to reconnect with yourself\, nature\, and a supportive community of women.
