SUMMARY:Pricing for Perennials Workshop
DESCRIPTION:From ornamentals and berries to fruit trees and medicinal herbs\, perennial crops are an attractive way for farmers to diversify their offerings and shift their production schedules\, but they’re not always a bed of rosaceae. The presentations will be followed by Q&A\, a roundtable discussion\, and FREE lunch. \nThis workshop is made possible through a collaboration with Mountain BizWorks and ASAP\, and funded via a grant from the Southern Risk Management Education Center. Appalachian Grown certified farms who register and attend this workshop will receive a workshop stipend of $27.75 to help cover some of their off-farm time.
