One pass is good for everyone in your car at all farms\, both days. \nThe annual Farm Tour is a chance to experience how food is grown and raised through guided tours\, demonstrations\, hands-on activities\, and tastings. This is a family-friendly event and a great outing for visitors of all ages\, abilities\, and interests. The 19 farms on the tour are all located within an hour drive of Asheville and are arranged by cluster to help plan your weekend. The Farm Tour showcases the diversity of working farms in Western North Carolina with produce farms\, creameries\, vineyards\, orchards\, flowers\, livestock\, and more!

DESCRIPTION:The Urban Garden Tour is FREE event open to everyone! Seven local food producing gardens will open their gates for visitors\, educational activities and tours. There is no cost to visit the gardens. Local chefs will be preparing small bites for sampling and local (nonalcoholic) drinks will be available. DESCRIPTION:The NC Foothills Farm Tour is back with a fantastic lineup on June 25th\, 2022. The event is open to everyone and will feature six locations throughout Polk and Rutherford counties. The June farm tour is self-guided\, so you can look into all of the options ahead of time and decide where you want to visit based on your interests. On your visit producers will share their passion and knowledge for as long as you’d like. \nTickets are sold per vehicle on Eventbrite\, so you only need one for your whole car. We can’t wait to see you\, your family\, and friends supporting our local food producers and community builders. \nLearn more\, check out the locations that you’ll be able to visit\, order tickets through our website\, and follow us on Facebook and Instagram @ncfoothillsfarmtour. \nWe are also looking for volunteers to help out with the farm tour on the day of the event.
