We will have pecks\, half bushels and bushels for sale.\n• We provide bags\, if you don’t see them ask for them in the store!\n• The apples are locally grown in Edneyville\, NC and LOW SPRAY\n• We will have varieties come and go with as the season wears on\n• We will have apples September through end of October\n• Fresh pressed & Frozen Apple Cider will also be available \nWednesday through Sunday 10am to 6pm\, we are offering u-pick cider apples at Hickory Nut Gap Farm.\nTHE RULES:\n• Bring your own 5 gallon bucket\n• NO CLIMBING TREES – Please be gentle with them\n• The grass in the orchard is long\, dress appropriately\n• You may bring an apple picker\, or check one out at the register\n• Apples are $10/5 gallon bucket\n• Not all varieties are producing well this year\, you’ll just have to go see what’s up there\n——>See aerial map with varieties laid out as your guide! DESCRIPTION:Join us for a free farm-focused gathering to understand resources available post-Helene and work together to rebuild WNC Agriculture. \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nYou will have the opportunity to hear directly from Ag partner agencies and supporting organizations about their resources\, ask questions in real time related to livestock support and soil remediation\, and provide feedback to agencies to best shape the future of agriculture in WNC. \nThroughout the day\, we’ll be offering 1-on-1 relief assistance sessions\, breakout room discussions\, relaxation activities\, and we’ll end with a local farm-to-table dinner. \nAll farmers\, regardless of Helene impacts\, are welcome to join and learn about available resources\, as well as contribute to recovery discussions.
