Local food and farm interactions, like cooking demos or classes, shopping at farmers markets, or participating in a CSA, encourage us to eat more fresh fruit and vegetables, raise our level of physical activity, cook more at home, and eat together with friends and families—all of which has the potential to make us healthier and happier.
As part of ASAP’s Farm Fresh for Health initiative, we’re partnering with community health professionals to bring you virtual cooking demos to start the new year. Find ingredients at the ASAP Farmers Market or look for a farmers market near you.
