Smoking J’s Fiery Foods is WNC’s largest specialty chile pepper farm offering a wide range of unique chile peppers ranging from mild to wild, as well as a diverse line of hot sauce, salsa, and barbecue sauce.
Enjoy a meal: A unique meal option will be offered both days of the tour.
For sale on tour: Hot sauce, salsa, BBQ sauce, merchandise.

Directions: Take exit 44 off of I-40 West for Candler/Enka. Turn right onto Smokey Park Highway/US 19/23 South, driving toward Enka/Candler for 3 miles. Turn left onto Highway 151 and continue 4.1 miles. Turn right on Curtis Creek Road. Drive 1.3 miles, and turn right onto Old Curtis Cove Road. Immediately bear left onto Rootstock Road. Travel this shared private gravel road slowly, until you reach the farm.

Directions: Take exit 44 off of I-40 West for Candler/Enka. Turn right onto Smokey Park Highway/US 19/23 South drive toward Enka/Candler for 3 miles. Turn left onto Highway 151 and travel about 5.8 miles. Turn right on Pisgah View Drive and travel about .3 miles. Our farm is the second house on the right after the bridge. Look for the red and white barn and park in the gravel lot.
