Similar to the special dinners that Cúrate has created for ASAP in the past, ASAP is pleased to announce a partnership with Nightbell – Cúrate’s sister restaurant – for a fabulous meal and fundraiser to help support local food, strong farms, and healthy communities!
Get Local: Harvest Appalachia will take place at Nightbell on Wednesday, November 9, 6:30-9:30 pm and will include another special mulit-course prepared by Katie Button, Nightbell’s Executive Chef and Owner. The meal will highlight local food from the farmers that Nightbell sources from regularly.
Katie Button, Nightbell’s Executive Chef and Owner, says, “One of my favorite aspects of being a chef and restaurant owner in Asheville is working with local farmers and sustaining each other as small businesses. ASAP serves as the farmers’ advocate, and I am happy to support them and help strengthen the community.”
Tickets are $125 per person (includes drink, tax, and gratuity). Proceeds of the event benefit ASAP. Charlie Jackson, ASAP’s Executive Director, will speak at the dinner.
Ticket sales for this event are no longer available.
Menu highlights are below. Nightbell will do their best to accommodate food allergies and restrictions, but please inquire about options prior to purchasing your ticket.
Nightbell is located at 32 S. Lexington Avenue, Asheville, NC 28801 and can be reached at (828) 575-0375 For more information, contact Scott Bunn, ASAP’s Development Director at 828-236-1282.
