Fresh Milky Oats: Sacred Nervous System Medicine

June 18 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm

When harvested at the peak of its season, fresh milky oat tops help alleviate nervous system exhaustion, adrenal fatigue, anxiety, despair, insomnia, and repetitive thought patterns, increase focus, boost mood, and more. Participants will learn harvesting and processing the oat tops and oat straw all the way through how to prepare a tincture. Bring a quart sized jar and prepare to buy your own alcohol for tincturing after the class. This class is a $20-35 investment, with payment taken at the event. Cash, card or check accepted.
RSVP and direct any questions to lucille.nelson@tobm.org.
**There is an alternate date for this workshop as harvest depends on maturity of the plants. That date is Tuesday, June 25th from 6-8pm.
