Food Truck Boot Camp
Food Truck Boot Camp returns to Cherokee, NC, November 17–20, 2025. This four-day, hands-on training helps aspiring food truck owners and mobile food entrepreneurs launch and grow successful businesses. Hosted by CEFS EmPOWERing Mountain Food Systems and the EBCI Division of Commerce in collaboration with the Street Food Institute, the Boot Camp offers mentorship, practical tools, and real-world insights for mobile food enterprises.
