Backyard Beekeeping with Ashley English

Pondering “to bee or not to bee”? Come explore all things related to backyard beekeeping with local author Ashley English. Together we’ll discuss the basics of getting started with keeping a hive of honeybees. Topics include: What to consider beforehand, housing, feeding, essential equipment, obtaining bees, hive inspections, a year of bee care, health and wellness, and honey.

This free program for all ages is funded by the Friends of the Library.
