Hands-on short course for anyone interested in value-added dairy processing! NC State Extension is offering a short course on the basics of dairy food processing on August 11th and 12th. The course is geared toward small operations and will have a half day, hands-on demonstration for yogurt production. The cost if you register before August 5th is $200.
