Cheesemaking & Fermentation Workshop Weekend
Organic Growers School will host a Fermentation Weekend with two workshops that explore fermented foods in depth. Saturday’s “Introduction to Cheesemaking” will cover cheesemaking in the home kitchen and participants will take home a small feta cheese to finish and enjoy. Sunday’s “Introduction to Vegetable Fermentation” will cover a variety of fermented foods and participants will start a vegetable ferment to take home and enjoy!
