Evening Sound Bath Meditation on the Farm

June 27, 2025 @ 7:15 pm - 8:15 pm

Join us just before sunset for a relaxing community sound bath surrounded by nature on the wooden dance floor in the Big Barn. Whether you’re new to sound healing or just looking for a soothing way to unwind, this experience is designed to help you slow down and enjoy the restorative effects of sound in a peaceful, natural setting. The Big Barn’s bird populace, lazy breezes and old school serenity is just that!

The soundscape will include instruments like crystal singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, and more, to help quiet the mind and support deep rest. No experience is needed—just come as you are, lie down, get comfy, and receive.

What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, or something comfortable to lie on
A pillow and/or extra blankets to help you relax
Water and an extra layer in case it gets cool

Pricing:
$20 covers the base cost, and anything more you’re able to give will be donated to ASAP’s Farmer Relief Fund to help Appalachian farms effected by Hurricane Helene. We can’t wait to share this peaceful experience with you!
