NC Queer Farmer Convergence
NC Queer Farmers Network will host the first ever NC Queer Farmer Convergence Friday, May 22 through Sunday, May 24 at Soul Sanctuary in Durham. The event will create spaces for queer and trans farmers, land stewards, and food justice workers to find community, solidarity, and networking in North Carolina. Guests will have opportunities to participate in community-building, skill shares, seed exchanges, shared meals, and more. Current, aspiring, and past farmers, gardeners, growers, landscapers, arborists, foresters, conservationists, land stewards, and food justice, security and sovereignty workers from across the Southeast are encouraged to attend.
