You are cordially invited to our Autumn Retreat at Spiral Mountain — Putting Food By and Other Revolutionary Acts. Join us to learn about autumn canning, preserving apples, mead-making, fermentations, making herbal vinegars, root cellars and primitive storage, and growing lavender in Appalachia.
