Explore the intersection of Asheville’s Art Scene and Asheville’s Food Scene at Bountiful Cities Birdhouse Auction Benefit event – FREE admission at Burial Beer Company’s Eulogy Event Space. Saturday June 28th noon-3pm we bring together hand made local art and support for hyper local urban food security at this live auction benefiting Bountiful Cities food and agriculture programs. Bountiful Cities is a local nonprofit supporting long-term food security through agriculture and culinary education for youth and adults rooted in promoting social justice, economic sustainability, and environmental health. Handcrafted Birdhouses and local experiences such as “Dining in the Garden,” “Flower Arranging with Carolina Flowers,” and “Create Your own Ice Cream Flavor at The Hop Ice Creamery” will be auctioned off, and attendees will get to sample food and beverages from local restaurants including The Hop Ice Cream, OWL Bakery, Sunny Point Café, and Devil’s Foot Beverage, while they bid on auction items. Burial Beer will also be selling beverages and their rooftop bar will be open for attendees.
