This hands on workshop will cover the basics of produce food safety for small and medium scale farms. We will provide training for anyone who grows, harvests and packs fresh produce.

This regional workshop will focus on soil health and will be beneficial for those impacted by the storm and for those wanting to improve their overall soil health in the future. The workshop will feature presentations on soil remediation after the storm, whole farm and crop insurance, cover crops, and biochar.
